No pornographic material will be accepted at this facility. No magazines, books, or pictures will be processed that display any male or female individuals in a sexually provocative manner.
Sexually provocative can be defined as follows: serving or tending to provoke, excite, or stimulate one sexually. This includes, but is not limited to, males or females posing in swimsuits, lingerie, or the exposing of genitals, nipples, buttocks, etc. The Ouachita Correctional Center feels that banning such material will reduce the number of criminal acts occurring in our facility.

Any books that pose a threat to the safety, security and good order of the facility will be rejected. Rejections are not based on author but on content of the material.
