Attorney IDB Video Visitation Request

Instructions:

This form will provide the necessary information to request to see an offender via video in an attorney room. Times are not guaranteed, you will receive notification via e-mail if the time requested is not available. If you request to see males and females we will set up separate visits. If you are unsure if the offender you want to see is still housed at the facility, you can find this information out by logging into the visitation page provided to you & searching for the offender’s name or by going to http://bookings.opso.net/OPSO.
